The Society for Agricultural Education Parliamentarians (SAEP) was founded in 2002 by Dr. James J. Connors from the Ohio State University (he is the executive secretary) and Shane D. Dunbar (he is the Parliamentarian).
It was formed to promote the study and use of parliamentary procedure in agriculture education programs and other secondary career and technical programs throughout the United States.
